No word on if Luke Friend, the third place finisher is doing. Nicholas, the runner up, is releasing an 11 track album consisting of 3 original songs (all of which he wrote) and 8 covers (6 of which he performed on the show) on Monday, which puts him in competition with Kylie's and Skrillex's releases. Sam Bailey's releasing her album on the 24th, trying to pull in sales on the week of Mother's Day, with once again, 11 tracks, with just one original song (which she didn't write) and 10 covers (3 of which she performed on the show) and she's recently announced that she's pregnant. Looks like we're off to another consecutive rocky year for XF releases. At least this year Olly and 1D will definitely provide success. Last year, 1D were the only XF act to get a #1 album and the only #1 single from an XF act was the winner's single. Remember the days when everything by XF acts would effortlessly debut at #1?
