It's for the best. A song with a title such as "Sex Dreams" may be a little too controversial for radio. Remember GaGa has young fans too and if it's on the radio kids might sing it. I wouldn't feel comfortable knowing that somewhere out there there are little children singing about Sex. Applause is a great clean family friendly song, hence it is radio appropriate.
