000 0 Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 (edited) So I live in Los Angeles and was pretty much in my car for the majority of the day and I heard Applause played twice on both the prominent mainstream Top 40 stations. Gaga hadnt released anything for nearly 2 years. Applause obviously wasnt gonna explode on radio like btw but its stedily climbing... Pretty quick too Stop worrying so much! Mich 397 Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Honestly I've heard so many people say lately "oh ya I've heard this song, I like it" and have absolutely NO IDEA who sings it. The VMA's are going to help her out so much. And even if the song doesn't have as much success in the US, her tour is going to be the biggest money maker in all. As long as her fans continue to love the music, it really doesn't matter how many records she sells or how well the song charts - the tour will keep her on top for a long time.
