Voted. **** this writer, by the way, calling Roar "cleaner and more precise" than Brave. Um if it's cleaner, that's just because Katy had, what, three different producers looking at it? Sara actually records her music like a real musician.

 

There was a time music wasn't SUPPOSED to be "precise."

I think the rest of the album will be more edgier, she just played it safe?

 

For example, with P!nk's new album we got a lead single that wasn't new at all, however the singles she put out after were very different (Try, Just give me a Reason) and got her way more appreciation and a huge #1 hit.

I actually really REALLY loved Blow me (One Last Kiss) it was my summer song for 2012 lol and I hated Just give me a reason and true love.

I agree, Applause is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm positive theres a lot more to look forwards to however my only concern is the lyric style on this album. Seems a little "ham fisted" from what we've seen so far of ARTPOP, Donatella, Applause, Swine, and Aura.
