It is too much competition for Beyonce. And we know that she is not interest just for that no 1 album. She could have ruled the world so easy in the first half of 2013. If she waited so much, she can wait 3 more months.

Her last album just managed to sell 1m in US and had no top10 hits. Love On Top was the biggest but it is still kinda flopped in her standard.

EDIT and yea, gaga should do AMA. i can already imagine an epic s-x dream performance that tops the BR performance last time.

And im super excited for GMA performance. hope it helps with sales. hope she keeps it classy and dont overdo it. She better not wear Seashells bra and panties on morning show

Gaga will stick with Applause for the next month or so I imagine with how it's stabilizing/picking up sales on iTunes.

It is too much competition already. It would have been easier for Applause if it wasnt so much competition.

So giving the fact that we dont have any anouncement, I think it will be smart for her to release next year. It is just 3 months. First single in January or February, album in March is what a lot of big artists do. By then the competition hopefully will not be at this level. ( hoping that Gaga succes will not be a reason for that)

I think ARTPOP can be at 1 for two weeks, 1D are releasing their album at the 25 and before that nobody is releasing albums that can stop Gaga from going 1 for 2 weeks.

No it's not. Do you not recall I Am... Sasha Fierce's competition? Even with no hits 4 managed to sell 320k first week, which is basically where ARTPOP is aiming to go. Beyonce won't schedule her album to work around other artists. She WILL come out on top

I had a 2012 1st half and 2013 1st half meltdown with music.

If the slayage at the end of 2013 will be so hard then 2014 1st half will be messy again...

She should do herself the favor and stay home. Her promotional efforts do more harm of people bashing her for being talentless more-so than anything else.

 

I still remember her 2011 GMA appearance... For all the wrong reasons.

She's actually been in the dance studio this year more than 2008-2011 combined. Frankly, I agree! I remember when the FF first week sales predictions went DOWN after she did GMA. 

 

But I think she's more prepared this time, and I'd like to see what she has in store.

Its the biggest morning show in the country. Its not like an awards show of course, but it helps. Itll keep her in the Top 5 for another week.

I dont remmeber so much competition as this fall never.  Who knows. Maybe it will work.

 

But I just saw her tour schedule and I think the most you can get on November 18 is the single. The girl must rest. She is on tour on South America now and in October she will be in Australia. What is she supposed to do? Release the single between South America and Australia legs and then go tour Australia, instead of promoting / at least be available for promotion in case that the plan doesnt work in the way you expect? I dont see that happen. But who knows. Everything can happen. We know some important artists who made some wrong managerial decisions before.
