Klou 2,414
I think a good amount of the fans have forgotten how much they liked Aura when we first heard it. If the first time had been at the iTunes Festival, I think the polls would be much different.
Dangerous Man 9,245
It's hilarious that some people want Aura over Sex Dreams because they think SD will flop Either of them will flop, at least Aura has a chance to smash. MANiCURE will slay. Adele agrees on us. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."

It's the headlines and backlash the song caused that is making people not vote for it. Also, the verses.

Also, the verses.I have barely heard any backlash... Only a select few that posted articles on here. I will guarantee you $1,000 that 95% people won't care or even know what the lyrics are about. Most people are scarred from Judas thinking that song flopped due to controversy. The song flopped because people didn't like it lol. I HATED that song at first
Harry 26,836
I personally don't think there would be much of an issue with the lyrics of Aura, but more the production. It's too hard-hitting and aggressive sounding for radio I think. At least in the US anyway, I could see it doing well over here in the UK. It is one of my favourites from ARTPOP so far but I'd be skeptical about its chances commercially if it was released.

pie-kun 1,765
I just feel like people will tune out Aura during the screeching verses before they even get to the chorus.
Alchemist 0
Either of them will flop, at least Aura has a chance to smash. MANiCURE will slay. Adele agrees on us. I disagree with Aura, but MANiCURE should definitely be a single too.
Marco 731
I just feel like people will tune out Aura during the screeching verses before they even get to the chorus. I know my entire family does. They literally scream at me for listening to it
mic 1,415
If Aura is judas 2.0 and the gp hated judas why would they like aura? Because Judas is very weak musically comparing to Aura.
Dangerous Man 9,245
Since when did Aura considered as Judas 2.0? I never heard a Muslim complaining about it. :awkney: "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
MANiCURE1295 8,673
I don't think that Aura could ever work for radio. I love the song but I just don't see it being a huge hit. I think out of all the songs that we heard at the itunes festival the songs that would work best would be SD, MANiCURE or ARTPOP

If Aura flopped I would think it would be due to the sound, not the lyrics. Since when did Aura considered as Judas 2.0? I never heard a Muslim complaining about it. I only compared it to judas because aura and judas are similar in the way that they have big pop choruses and dark poetic verses...
