I think as a whole the album will do great, but I didn't hear anything that would smash radio in the U.S. apart from MANiCURE and maybe Swine. It's only natural since it's getting more airplay at a faster rate. Oh well, lol Am I the only one in here that is excited for that? I mean, yeah, Royals deserves to smash because it's flawless. And still I hear people saying "slow songs will do badly on radio." lol Yeah, I'm aware that you're just poking fun. :) I honestly think that what made Royals smash is because it's musically simple and have this mysterious feeling on it. It's chorus is really catchy imo, so I'm not surprised that it's smashing. :) Plus, it's the continuation of the "Adele effect" so that's why slow songs are getting picked up by the GP. It's just disheartening that the itunes position of Applause indicates that the GP liek the song, but the radios are indifferent on it in America.
