It could possibly be, but it's very unlikely since there isn't an excessive amount of green or red updates all in one place. Like if most of the Top 10 is red or green it's a glitch. Plus 2 of her singles are one of the biggest selling singles of all time : - Whenever, Whenever - #1 song WW (2002) - Hips Dont Lie - #1 song WW (2006) I love Shakira but that is not true ... Firstly you cannot just Ignore USA, just like you can't Ignore Latin America, Europe etc.. Bad Romance's Impact > Hips Don't Lie Poker Face as well + Gaga is already outselling her (overall) and It's definitely not because of the USA...
