Dangerous Man

That'd be so embrassing for it not to reach #1 considering She's not even going up against a 500k #1.

Didn't Can't Hold Us/Same Love coincide on radio?

Like both songs gained 1M+ ai at the same time? :omg:

Their radio power must be that great. Katy can do better then.

I think Brit will get to the #1. Her last two updates on kworb were really substantial. I mean, it's not even 10 am on the West Coast. This'll be #1 soon.

Why are people in here trying to prove a point? No one here said Britney wasnt gonna have a strong start, you can even go check yesterday for receipts

Dangerous Man

Katy asked her to open on her tour

Omg. Lorde isnt just an ordinary artist rn tho so i understand.

Katy should ask Sara Bareilles to open her tour then. :laughga:

I already saw quite a few posts in this thread today making a big deal about how slow her start was and wondering whether she'd get to the top.

However, I agree that topping itunes DEFINITELY doesn't really say much about whether a song is going to be able to stick at all or not. Pretty much any really established artist who releases a hotly anticipated single should be able to work their way into the top 5 without much effort. Most of these gurls can pull #1 momentarily without breaking too much of a sweat.

don't speak too soon.

waiting for Rihanna anytime now

Luckily Rihanna seems to be on her 5th and hopefully final single from Unapologetic.

It should take a while to actually take off and will probably peak around December.
