Americano 31,061 Posted September 18, 2013 Author Share Posted September 18, 2013 Rihanna's Diamonds only hit #4 on iTunes initially, We Found Love hit #2, dropped and took a few weeks to climb to #1, WB came closer to #1 than Applause did, and Katy only did so well because she came back from an era with 6 #1 hits. S&S also took about a week to hit #1. I don't think we should be too worried as long as we have growing radio support and the video coming soon. I'd rather it not peak instantly anywa I see the britbots using Applause as an example of a success coming from a scare The perception is changing gurls We could fall to like #5 or #6 at this rate. not only that but we're down to 27 countries. I think they're trying to say "Well Applause fell and now its doing ok!!!" which is actually a nice comparison for us Neither gaga or britney flopped... Jesus Christ. WB will fall to it by the morning if it keeps dropping at this rate. Another thing: Army, newsflash, we're only a tiny percentage of pop music buyers. They have no idea how much bigger Roar was that week than WreckingB is right now.
