This is just the result of Applause being put on PR on a lot of stations last week, and thus not seeing as much of a spincrease/AI increase from the previous week. At the same time, stations are not going to take Applause off of PR so stop worrying about that. Stations don't add a song to PR and then take it off a week later, it just doesn't work like that. Plus, with all these songs like Blurred Lines, Clarity, and I Need Your Love finally being taken off PR, they need to fill the holes with something, and that's what puts Applause in such a great radio position right now. What scares me, though, is KIIS and a lot of smaller stations barely playing Applause or not playing it at all. We really need to target them.
