And I know that she isn't competition outside of the debut week. It's fine with me, though. Most fans and myself just pray for a successful single and some longevity, not some colossal slayage. I like some of his music and he is talented, and a good performer (I have seen him), but I just don't think he deserves it tbh. He's had two successful albums, a handful of sizeable hits, sold out arenas etc but so have so many other artists. I think an artist should have achieved more before getting an opportunity like that. It just seems like a non event tbh. I would have loved for Gaga to do it of course, but speaking more objectively I think the person it would've made most sense to book is Justin Timberlake.
