Ozzy8923 9
Why is everyone say IF Aura flops? I think you mean WHEN it flops.
Klou 2,414
I only compared it to judas because aura and judas are similar in the way that they have big pop choruses and dark poetic verses...That is actually true, although I find Judas' chorus much more carefree and playful (too much so) sonically. Yeah I agree. So you are implying that the GP werent here for Jude because of its tune? Didnt it flop because of its controversial lyrics? xzxyyxzx 116
Yeah I agree. So you are implying that the GP werent here for Jude because of its tune? Didnt it flop because of its controversial lyrics? No the tune was fine, really great production, it did flop because the versus were too strange for them just like the versus in aura, I don't think many people would like to sing along to "enigma pop star is fun, she wear burqa for fashion"
Arturo 40,746
I don't care if Aura flops bc of lyrics or sound. A flop is a flop and if it's avoidable then avoid it. :P

Im not here for it as a single tho. #teamMANiCURE "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
davewhite 0
Are there any other song options? MANiCURE is the wisest choice. It is catchier compared to the others. But she needs more songs like Poker Face or Just dance, just fun and addictive dance songs. Aura is too weird for the GP.

Didnt it flop because of its controversial lyrics?Sorry for butting in here, but just wanted to say I hated Judas initially for its chorus. It has these awesome verses then all the sudden sounds like something off the Cartoon Network.

Arturo 40,746
Applause was #3 on top 9 at 9 (up 1 spot) and Drake is #2 and Katy is #1 I think you can tell which 2 artists are going to perform at the radio festival...lol
Dangerous Man 9,245
Gaga should also perform in Todays. Btw, do u think the djs have issues with DJWS on why they arent playing App dat much? Echo 327
The thought of Applause most likely peaking at #4 still disturbs me. Even Ke$ha's Die Young was able to peak at #2. It's the main reason why I'd want for them to push Applause as much as possible, even until mid-October. I'm still waiting for it to grow and somehow pull a Diamonds-like chart run. Can we have a Stay chart run though?
Dangerous Man 9,245
Lol. I just remember some of us here said Kesha got karma for blocking BR. :toofunny: "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
craig 680
So you are implying that the GP werent here for Jude because of its tune? Didnt it flop because of its controversial lyrics? It was the sound primarily. Americans are way more religious than Europeans, and it did only slightly better across the pond.
