Obviously we don't want her being overexposed but I think a few INSANE performances nationwide would be nothing but amazing for Gaga. Well what's the point in promoting the **** out of Applause ? Really. . . second single will be released in October 100%, atleast don't ruin It's momentum. I think after the GMA she should either stop or 1 more performance at most... I think they should just leave the song on Its own after next week... It's holding steady so It's ok . Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think she would be at risk of overexposure, as GMA, VMA & SNL have different demographic audiences. Two other songs were discounted but failed to reach #1. However, LFN would probably have been #1 after video release under current chart rules. 5/8 Katy #1s have been massive chart-dominating month long #1s - IKAG, Cali Gurls, Fireworks, ET, and now Roar (will be). California Gurls, Firework, I Kissed A Girl, Part of Me & Roar all hit #1 before they were discounted. E.T. did it thanks to the remix, and LFN was discounted. Not sure about Teenage Dream.
