Royals will be the next song to cockblock Applause from #3 when Berzerk falls. It's only natural since it's getting more airplay at a faster rate. Oh well, lol

Applause is still holding in top5? I was expecting it to fall out of top 10 by now :rip:

I can really see urban/rhythmic picking up Sex Dreams for rotation. Maybe it's just me but its mid-tempo and smooth vocals seems fit to span multiple formats... which equals to a bigger AI?

Dangerous Man

Do you think it is still stuck at #4 because it is somewhat connected to Bey's last album? :troll:

I agree with you! From what we've heard at the festival, I think only SEX DREAMS has this potential to cross the radio formats and become a fat hit which this records needs to reach the bigger audience.

Consequently, we get the dilemma: to release it after APPLAUSE or save it for the future?

Although all the songs were from DJWS, right? We still have some songs from Zedd and Madeon which can serve as cool second singles.

It's pretty clear that Interscope thinks Sex Dreams is the next biggest hit after Applause, so a hit is a hit regardless of who produced it. In a sense, I'm glad Applause was chosen as the lead, because conceptually it's a lot more... artistic? lol It's a nice, neutral stepping stone toward the more potentially abrasive songs on the album.

I'm not the chart expert here, but I don't think the overt s-xual content will be a problem. Humans are naturally horny creatures in private and most people listening to the radio are likely to be alone while they're in their cars... thinking about so and so. :hor: Again, I'm just speculating and generalizing A LOT.

Will Justin release another single prior to the release of the 20/20 experience part 2? Take Back The Night flopped hard. Ofcourse he is going to have another number one album but the sales aren't going to be close to 1 million

don't follow my instagram (trying out reverse psychology)

The album is on Sept 27 so I bet the 2nd single will be after the album release. Or maybe there's no more single.
