Just imagine a 7 day timespan... The first day sees 1000 spins while the rest of the 6 days see 500 spin increase each and continues after the 6 days. Once the first 7 days has passed, the 1000 spins day is no longer included in the scale, so you see a -500 spin drop. That does not mean radio spins actually declined after the 7 days has passed... Spins only saw a -500 decline the day after the radio deal (from 1000 to 500). I don't know how else to describe the rolling effect Hope that made sense.
