On U.S. iTunes, Applause has a better chance at catching up to Blurred Lines than Wake Me Up tbh. For some reason, WMU has its sights sets on #2, and BL is falling pretty hard. Seems like until BL falls to #4, Applause will be stuck there for awhile.

Wake Me Up is speeding up while Applause is slowing down. I think most of us already knew this song would be a threat even before Katy and Gaga's songs were released.

those who still play it. in Uk for example we know that music channels have started to play the video only some hours ago.
