I hope this is a lesson for  her to not put her artisty on the first place against her commercial success. Now honestly I want all her singles to flop so she can sit down on her ass and write some good songs with good lyrics!! Sorry gags.

Jesus Christ!

Was Robin Thicke superstar before Blurred Lines? NO he was ****in nobody!

Robin Thicke was not a nobody before Blurred Lines AT ALL. Maybe in your country, but certainly not in the US.

Robin Thicke has been having hit records in the US for the last 10 years, it's just that Blurred Lines is his first real international success.

There is so much negativity here. People calling Applause flop, lamenting sales, and even saying Applause isn't that great. Well guess what? why don't you jump onto Katy's bandwagon? you're assured your number ones, your big sales debut and your 100 million AI. You're also assured to be fans of a pop star who 20 years down the road will enter oblivion cause she had no effing cultural impact.

Honestly, I think her popularity is over and her mainstream access is dying.

I'll still love her regardless
