I'm sorry but don't bring the "relatable" scenario up again. Who the f*ck can relate to Blurred Lines? How is roar relatable? Has every little teenager gone through a divorce in their life? That's the only age group Katy Perry targets. Give me a break. Most of the songs out there are not relatable to anyone in any way.

preach sis...and applause is relatable...almost every ****ing person on earth explicitly or implicitly like to be famous and be applauded...

That being said, Applause wasnt as strong as I thought it would be, Im expecting it to chart somewhere around #10. I hope ARTPOP has way better songs

Same. Although I think it will probably chart within the Top 5.

You guys gotta stop thinking Gaga was the same popular star she was 2 years ago... Think of her as just starting out again and climbing her way to the top that will make you guys enjoy her successes more... Because as much as I don't like it her popularity did take a hit with BTW so she is currently in the process of wining back the GP

Sales will fall now that fans have it but it will later rebound as it gets more plays and more of the GP buys it!

One Five Ten

What is the obsession with charts? Gaga doesn't particularly care, she already has the fame. Neither should we.

START THE MUSIC.

I cant at some of you, seriously

I couldn't care less about this. The song has been released in circumstances that we all know.... plus the situation for gaga to the GP is not the situation that it was when btw was released.

Now. I would be worried if the song was bad. But it's not. I've showed it to my whole family and they loved it, same with friends. It's a good song. x100000000 times better than roar (Fact.). So I dont worry about this, there are A LOT of songs (included that one called bad romance that you worship so much) that don't sell a lot on its first week, or even arrive to #1 ever (hung up, one of the most successful songs of the past decade was on #7, I hear stay on the radio every ****ing time that I'm driving, and it was #3... +1000 examples more like those) and still they are legendary songs and very succesful.

So, since the song is good, I'm not worried. And even if it flops hard, there will be more singles, so stfu.

Next, this one goes to the moods. Last months we have arrived to a point that everyone on this forum could make a list of people who only spread negativity, and all the lists would contain the same users. I think that you know that too. It's becoming boring and I'm tired of reading them. If you don't want to start loosing people, you better do something about it. Thanks.

I love this site and I've here for years... now we have a new era, and some people ruin this whole experience.

Just Dance = relatable = everyone dances in a club

Bad Romance = relatable = everyone was in a painful relationship

Born This Way = relatable = everyone feels like an outcast here and there

Applause = NOT relatable = minimal amount of people "live" for the Applause and feel like contemporary artist Jeff Koons is "them"

I think this song is her least commercial single yet, even if it is very catchy. That's why I think it was still a very brave choice.

I'm sorry, but I don't get the relatable thing, I mean look gangnam style, I don't think a lot of people know korean and that song become so popular and was everywhere.

By your definition "Circus" by Britney Spears would not be "relatable." Give it up.
