I feel like after I watched it the second time, you can tell she's just enjoying herself. It's not her best performance but I think maybe they need to stop asking her to open up the shows! like no one is  warmed up, the microphones might be malfunctioning, the audience is not really paying attention etc...Why do they ask Gaga to open the shows?!
