Maybe I just need to rewatch it, but I just don't understand why Gaga would go through all the old stuff, being all cheesy. Isn't "always move forward" one of her big artistic philosophies? We both agreed that it was a nice performance and the throwbacks to previous eras (BTW conspicuously absent...) were cool, but ultimately the performance wasn't her most creative. I was expecting more only because she said it was her most physically challenging performance yet, and I'm not sure how that is. But I enjoyed watching it. I just fear it ultimately isn't all that memorable. I'm not complaining or starting drama... just giving my opinion.
