I mean...it's fun, it's colorful, it's joyful and everything but calling it art is a bit too much for me, really. I don't feel any artistic vibes from it, it's just....some footages put together, and I don't even think it was her point to make something artsy. To me, it is very clear she just wanted something fun and uncommon. She was just living and enjoying this moment with her fans. If this video is art then every single video you can find on youtube is art too, I guess ? Some people would agree with that statement. How raw. Top 40 radio artists don't do this today. THIS IS ART. On stage, under the lights, surrounded by a crowd, filming performers. This is what real honest art is about. It's about the creation. It doesn't need to have a point, as long as you created it and are happy with it. She obviously filmed it with art in mind by showcasing the drag queens in a certain way, the crowd, the beanie bear even. It's a bit much to say its not art when art can't really be defined.its a creative work regardless if you think it's "real" or not. A lot of people don't even know Gaga can be this goofy, I can definitely see people thinking that it's fun. And whether they like it or not, a view is a view. Why can't people just be happy that she's back? 2 months ago we were all dying for a fking photo or a tweet and when it finaly happens we become greedy and feel the need to tell her what's right or wrong. Just be happy that this woman is alive and healthy just like you, she could die tomorrow. Would you still b---h about lyric videos then? I don't think so. It isn't supposed to be this incredible thing. Have you seen other lyric videos online? Most of them literally just state the lyrics in fun colors. I am very happy that we got to see some fun footage of Gaga filming some interesting dancing as well as get to see Gaga have a great time at a club. Its a cute and fun video to entertain us until we see the actual music video, its not meant to be watched 100 times and a--lyzed.
