At this rate gaga will be over in a few years Oh please stop it, she did a good start knowing that the single leaked, did not impact the radio and that the promo dit not even start ! The music video comes on Monday, and the original promo plan will also start by then. Then we have the VMA performance and after that lots of TV performances and interviews. It will get better. For example, Britney sold 411k at the start of her last era, 13 years into her career and after that breakdown. She hasn't declined in popularity since then. I'm worried for Gaga's future. BTW was released 3 days earlier and smashed really hard. I know it had a radio deal but im sure many of Gaga's fans bought it. People know about it but the song just isnt clicking with the public. The song is doing great on youtube but people just arent buying it. I had hopes for it to make a comeback but its obvious that its gonna die at this point. Gaga has way too many followers and headlines for this song to be a sleeper hit. It also doesnt help that Gaga is telling radio that this song wasnt originally gonna make the album. Britney had huge airplay and little competition with a January release in comparison to Gaga now.
