Dropping a couple of spots on itunes right now isn't that big a deal, and it might get more radio support after the music video/VMA's. I'm personally very confident that Applause will have a fair amount of longevity rather than being a 'come and gone' instant hit. i think it is coz of Katy's success while Gaga is constantly decreasing, that is why ppl here are having meltdowns.
