Don't know how effective they are at it, but it's good to know regardless. Interesting... wish we knew more! Like is it a 30 second rule or what. But I dont think that watching 30 seconds from a video of 3 minutes is the same as watching a 30 seconds from a video that actually has 30 seconds.
