This episode (and season) is fantastic, but did they really have to go and do that to Fiona?

That b---h is way too fierce to be done that way.

The Frankenstein thing was the boyfriend, Kyle! ;)

Uh I know that?

But the fact they pieced him back together had no ramifications?

Fiona was like the only character I loved. Then they let that awful filler character finish her off?

She really had some amazing qualities (the baby ressurection scene in the hospital) and did seem to be deeply conflicted and unhinged, but she just got tossed away into the role of 'another threat' at the tail end of the season. The entire axeman plot was so boring.

At least her painting is fabulous.

Okay! Hello!

Em... I am not a fan of 'scary' things, but have been interested in watching American Horror Story since it's had a lot of really good reviews.

I've asked a few people if it is actually 'scary', or not... but nobody has given me an answer. :sharon:

So, I was wondering if you guys could could say if it is at all scary so I can decide if I want to watch it. :emma:

The only other 'scary' show I've seen is Sleepy Hollow - and although I did jump once or twice ( :awkney: ) I did really enjoy it!

Any information you could give me on it would be great! - I've already got season 1 downloaded, but thought I'd ask first!

I don't really watch any other shows like this (there is a list on my profile, :fail: yes I watch a lot of shows) so if you could sort of compare it to another series, maybe that would help?

Thanks in advance! :sara:

It depends. It's...horror, but I can't say I was "scared" while watching. There are parts that will probably make you jump, be a little uncomfortable, etc., but in my opinion it's not like...nightmare inducing. :P

I honestly can't compare this show to anything else. Just watch the first episode and see what you think!

I'll watch it soon!

I was particularly interested in Coven, because I like shows about magic/witches - but I do know that every season is different!

I'll watch the first episode soon!

I think Cordelia's vision was more of a representation of what Fiona was planning to do, like, her thoughts, not what was actually going to happen like the exact same thing the exact same events.

And I really don't understand Axeman, wasn't he a ghost? why didn't Delia saw his ghost nature with her sight? how could the witches kill him if he was already dead? did the spell that Zoe did in some episode ago brought him back instead of just releasing him from the house?

Oh and transmutation didn't mean transforming one thing into another with the same components? that was more like teleportation tbh

Did anyone else feel like the deaths in the episode were sort of a non event?

Maybe that's because almost all of them had died at least once so it doesn't have an impact anymore  :toofunny:

Cordelia's vision about Fiona's death were different, so I expect her to come alive next ep.

Kindness rules all.

I mean I wasn't expecting ALL of the lead female characters to die

Jenniferella

Did you notice Fiona's second name on her passport ? "Van Den Heuvel" if got it right, maybe that's one of the clues for S4 ?

Anyway, last episode was really tense, I loved it from start to finish and omg that scene with the blood on the Axeman I was like "pleaaaaase not like that !" and then  :lana:

I do think Fiona is dead for good.

But there is something I don't really understand : in this last episode's intro, we learn that a witch can die while trying to perform the 7 wonders ? Does that mean that...some of them will just die like that in the next episode ?...

Tom and Lorenzo's recap is hilarious LOL

Formerly dead (at least twice now) Misty Day is back, ready to wreak vengeance on formerly dead Madison.

Formerly dead Queenie tries to rehabilitate formerly decapitated immortal Delphine (Why? Because reasons.) but once it’s determined that the vicious racist, torturer and serial killer is not going to be her best friend, Queenie kills Delphine. The formerly immortal Delphine.

Speaking of which, formerly immortal Marie has been killed by formerly immortal, formerly decapitated Delphine and they’re both spending eternity together in hell.

Formerly fleeing Zoe and FrankenKyle (also formerly dead) are no longer fleeing.

Formerly sighted, formerly blind, formerly second-sighted, formerly resighted, formerly non-second-sighted and formerly reblinded Cordelia does not gain second sight (a second time) after self-mutilation. Then she does.

Formerly dead Axeman “kills†Fiona. The coven all – HILARIOUSLY – believe this to be true and return him to his former dead state. Maybe.

Also: Every witch has seemingly every power the Supreme has, rendering the already extremely hazy concept pretty much meaningless.
