The singer strutted out in a black leather and sheer panel maxi dress paired with a black lace bra and platform booties. For her beauty Mother Monster sported dark layered locks, bleach blonde eyebrows, and a nose ring. Perhaps this raw and murky style will be the new look Gaga brings back with her new “ARTPOP†album.
