I'm starting to think that this black hair lady is an alter ego, before all this ARTPOP things, in an interview she said that she was going to have alter egos like BTW era. Only GaGa would make her natural hair and toned-down makeup an "alter-ego" I think "Stefani" will be the very brown hair and will be the good one, and the one with the black hair will be the bad ass one, look the septum.
