Manning’s against it, by the way, citing his religion and the word of God as that which backs up his thoughts. Not necessarily irregular; the Internet is full of videos for or against a great deal of hot button issues. He’s posted videos in the past condemning homos-xuality and Starbucks, as well as President Obama. But it’s around 40 seconds in the video that Manning goes 0 to 100, real quick. “[Girls] can be led or influenced to cut off their breasts once they get into puberty,†Manning notes in the video titled “Don’t Let Your Son Cut Off His Penis.†“They can be led to have operations, like Justin Bieber, they can think the best choice for their life is to cut off their breasts.†In other words, Dr. Manning is claiming that Bieber was once a girl who has since decided to cut off his breasts and become male and the pop star we know today.
