He needs to completely disappear from the media circus, hysterical fans, and irresponsible, selfish adults he has around him. Unfortunately, rehab tends to add fuel to the fire with celebrities, at least from what I've seen. I think you'll find that at celebrity rehab clinics, you're going to find just as many manipulative people as you will with the management teams. Assuming his relationship with his mom is good (that's what I've assumed??), then a couple months completely out of the spotlight will probably do him worlds better than anything else.
