I have a feeling the second single will be December, APPARENTLY she said she's not making the same promotion of BTW with ARTPOP.. So it's really hard to say, but I have a feeling she's going to drop a majorly huge, gigantic single on us that goes #1 instantly, then make us wait another 3/4 months after the first single in August and maybe after the album then release the second single..
