"Someone is ready to show you what they're made of…" ARTPOP could very well be Gaga's best album yet!! Especially seeing how her vocals have improved at the Pride Rally back in June, we'll probably get a ballad or two on ARTPOP, and her vocals are going to BLOW US AWAY!!! Even if there's no ballads, her vocals are still going to be ridiculous! This is what I hope for tbh. I don't necessarily want it to be the best selling album but the BEST album (or at least her best :P).
