No fillers; every song with potential to be a single The right amount of tracks and good distribution of subgenre/type of production A killer album cover (not too conceptual nor too commercial) A slight bit of controversy and provocation Meaning: exactly what gaga said about the album here: "#HappyBirthdayTheFameMonster a special day when you were born, your techno raver little sister is in my uterus she says hello in glowsticks" :) This is what I've been saying/hoping. I really hope its true. Just think about the possibilities.... She has literally written this album for two years, im sure out the ~50~ songs, plus born this way outtakes etc, she took advantage of people's opinions and really narrowed it down to the best songs and only the best songs. I mean the way I picture this album is something like this: 1. Just Dance 2. Poker Face 3. LoveGame 4. Paparazzi 5. Bad Romance 6. Dance in the Dark 7. Alejandro 8. Scheiße 9. Edge of Glory 10. Too many dies because of d--gs and the fact that the music industry keep making songs about d--gs doesn't make it any better. They should realize that it's not cool anymore. No one dies from weed. I think that if there is a weed song then it wont be so obviously a weed song. You dont hear Just dance and say "HEY theres that song about getting sloshy and wasted" right? The only reason people should have any problem is if they are looking to have a problem. Its music, its expression, and at the end of the day we all know that Gaga does it ALOT. I agree very "blunt" use of the subject in a song wouldnt appeal to a wide audience so I really think that the whole idea is being over thought. I just cant wait to enjoy the whole ARTPOP experience.
