Over all it seems a good move to release two volumes to me. It will also give her some more time to plan the new tour (if she wants to tour with ARTPOP). And in that way, some singles will actually come out when she's touring, which also creates more hype. She could even tease the crowd about new videos or whatsoever. For the past year you have speculated when the album will be released and when she will make the announcement, but you were wrong every time. I really hope all the songs she wrote get released. This is one project, whatever she works on as apart of it should be released and not saved for anything else.
