Isabell Yalda Hellysaz is a Swedish/Persian Fashion Designer graduated from the London College of Fashion in 2012. Moving into the industry as a previous Graphic Design graduate Isabell Yalda Hellysaz showcased her first collection at the London college of Fashion Press Runway Show in June 2012 at Hackney House in London. In todays society we are under a constant and intense media bombardment about what is accepted and capitalism has turned fashion into a tool for mass production and fast consumption. Slowing down the process, Isabell Yalda Hellysaz wants to explore a more human alternative and concentrate on the essence of fashion which are, fabrics, craftsmanship, and details. Aiming to explore mobility within comfortable tailored clothes her designs for the female body becomes in a constant touch with masculine shapes. As a future fashion designer Isabell Yalda hellysaz feels global issues should be reflected on to her work. Her final major collection "Antidote" was inspired by Second World War uniforms and the futuristic Space Age era. A quarantine chic collection blew the audience away. The futuristic vision and the covered up girls in shades of white from top to toe was accomplished by the perfect elements of tailored and comfortable outfits.
