Jeff is 100% reliable, he's not specific all the time because he doesn't want to give information that could be subject to change and have everyone call him a fake, he's proved himself reliable in the past, if you need to see proof look it up yourself. People get frustrated by that and just assume every leak is a lie. If you are keeping close track of all the leaks and keeping count of who has had accurate early information most often, you can slowly build a profile of who is a legit source.
