I loved them so much! I was so sad she didn't use them for the rest of the videos or the BTWBall... She should bring them back at some point in the ARTPOP era.

I loved the horns...but occasionally they would looks messy. (example: at the Grammy's)

I feel the horns only work for Born This Way and no other era. So if she had got them implanted, i would not have liked it at all. :pukey:

I remember and as much as I adored the horns/prosthetics and wished she'd kept them longer, I don't think it would've been a good idea for her to have made them permanant.
