I don't intend to be rude but who's Ciara though? Is she a big star back then?

those album sales are awful and we're almost in the half of the year....not here in few years the year's best seller to be 1 million  :wtf:  I'm really sad how with every year the sales are decreasing, what's wrong with America. Those people there could affort every day $20+ for their child's lunch but they can't affort  $10 for honouring their faves work. It's not like America is some kind of country from the 3rd world...

Adele have already milked every American's budget for buying an album. :legend:

I've to agree that the album sales are relatively awful, compared to previous years. But I've high hopes that the album sales in general would notably increase in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2013 with expected releases from huge album-sellers such as Eminem and Gaga. And with a planned 2nd volume of 20/20 Experience, I'd expect for Timberlake to sell at least 3 million albums in total by the end of this year.

If Timberlake can reach 3 million with two volumes, I expect Gaga to match or exceed that.

After all, her 4.5 million seller, The Fame reached that milestone only after the release of its EP which is included in those sales, right?

Volume two may not sell as much as the first, but its ultimate goal is to prolong the life of the overarching era - which it will. ARTPOP won't fall off the charts like BTW did and I imagine 20/20 won't either.

She was pretty big back in 2004 to 2007. Songs like 1,2 Step, Goodies and Promise are her most memorable. But after lots of problems with her label and change of management she started flopping horribly.

Now she's at a new label and she's slowly regaining her relevancy. It's exciting!
