One good one that I use myself is an online forum called MTVHD.NET. The thing that I like about that website is that you don't have to join to look through their posts and to find and download what you're looking for. And the thing you'll probably like about it is that there is a wealth of other artists' HD videos on there as well as GaGa's! Another good website to check out is ILuvGaGa. When you do it, click the light switch ("Toggle Editing Mode") to make sure all of the editing tools are grayed out, and when you post, the code should show up correctly.
