_Lam 597 Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 Hello everybody, I'm really desperate I want to do an amazing Gaga montage on photoshop but I don't know how AND I don't know how it's call so I can't look for any tutorials about it. Maybe you guys could help me ? I want to know how to do it (or at least know how it's called). It's a montage made of hundred of different photos that are the pixels of the final drawing. I saw so few times, for movie posters most of the time but I can't find any on the internet. So it's a drawing pixelated but the pixels are all different, each pixels is a photo. THANK YOU SO MUCH. NewYorkCity 10,529 Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 I don't know if it's the correct way to make it, but for it I would try this: Using photoshoop,first you create the collage of all the pics you want to use and make it a layer. then in another layer you put the image you want to do, and you mix them. You can do it chanching the opacity of one of the layers... or the fushion option with one of the effects that are available could be good too.. Thank you very much I love this community ! yeah! With photoshop! It's just like... 3 minutes. :) You put all the pics together (that's the most dificult but actually I think it is with picassa you have the options to create a collage with all the pics you want and the program does it for you) then you go to photoshop: (I don't know if you know how to use it, don't feel offended with this explanation if you know ) FIRST: YOU PUT THE PICS IN THIS ORDER. "CAPA 1" THE PIC THAT YOU WANT TO BE THE RESULT. "CAPA 0" THE COLLAGE. IN THIS ORDER! SECOND: YOU HAVE TO BE ON "CAPA 0" AND SELECT THE "OPACIDAD" (OPACITY). CHANGE IT TO 53%. THIRD: YOU HAVE TO BE ON "CAPA O" AND SELECT THAT OPTION. IT OPENS A MENU AND YOU SELECT "FUSHION OPTIONS" (I HOPE ITS WRITE LIKE THAT IN THE ENGLISH VERSION..). THEN IT OPENS A NEW WINDOW. this one: SO YOU CHOOSE THE OPTION "MULTIPLICAR" (IF YOU OPEN THERE'S A LIST, IDK HOW IS IN ENGLISH, BUT IT IS THE 4TH OPTION OF THE LIST) AND DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE HERE ALSO THE OPACCITY TO 50%!) FOURTH: YOU SELECT THE BLACK AND WHITE OPTION.
