Britney Spears has decided to leave the show after just one season, with a number of big names being linked to her seat at the judges table.According to Us Weekly, Lovato would prefer Britney Spears to return but Lady Gaga would be her ideal replacement, "I wish Britney would come back. My next pick is Lady GaGa though, she's so cool,'' she said. Meanwhile, Simon Cowell is looking for chemistry and not star power.  A show insider told the New York Daily News, ''Simon delivered a simple message - forget the big names and go for chemistry. He said all these shows have become distracted by signing celebrities rather than judges who really have something to say.
