Gaga is dealing with her injury right now, not taking a vacation in the Hamptons while perfectly healthy. She also happens to be working on the album. I'm sure the lead single would be out a few months earlier than this, if not the same exact date anyway. Plus, it's better to have a VMA's single debut. Oh, it's been over a year?
