FAMILY WEEKEND.

Its weak name is nothing compared to the beauty of what it is. Best best best movie. 500/5 stars

Watch on netflix.

+ coming from a movie skeptic/critic like me, that's a big compliment. You DONT wanna miss this movie...

Dont look up a trailer. Watch it without knowing anything besides the short given description.

Catching Fire WILL be tbh

But seeing as it's not out yet, I'm going to say Iron Man 3. I can't say there's a lot of movies I've liked this much this year.

The Evil Dead reboot is a fantastic movie. It was really stressful when it took itself seriously, and incredibly entertaining when it dipped into original series-level of ridiculous towards the end. It was everything, and more, I could have wanted from an Evil Dead reboot.

Pacific Rim was also pretty good. It was incredibly entertaining, and also very pretty, but it kind of lacked a bit of substance for me. As a lifelong kaiju-movie fan, I don't know why I expected incredible character depth. It's good for what it intends to be: flashy, explosive, and pretty.

Iron Man 3 was good. A bit all over the place, but it had some pretty great character development from Pepper and Tony (mostly Pepper).

Die Hard 5 was ****ty. I know that in itself is OT but I wanted to mention it.

3 points in and ready for more
