Bye 3,947 Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 Oh my lord, not you wanting to replace the flawless Halle (Although I HATE how her character makes that really drastic look and body language when she uses her power in this franchise ) I love Halle that's how storm became my favourite character. But let's be honest especially a storm origin movie needs to have someone younger. And most x-men fans hate her (I hate them for it) so to ensure success better recast her. I want a Storm movie tbh with Lupita recanted as Storm I wouldn't complain about a Mystique solo movie, but omg what an obvious cash in on JLaw's success Lupita as a young Storm would be pretty good actually. I kind of hope that after the next few movies they totally reboot the series (sell the rights to Marvel Studios maybe) and start from scratch. That will almost certainly never happen, FOX aren't giving away their golden goose franchise, especially now that they've partnered with Sony's Spiderman to try and market as well as they can, not to mention green lighting three more X-Men movies after DOFP. X3 was a disaster, but it shows what a douche Brett Ratner is as a director. First Class and The Wolverine are both solid movies, and DOFP looks set to be the best X-Men and one of the best superhero movies ever. The next movie is set in the 80s, so a young Storm and a young Cyclops would be a good addition to the younger cast that will be in that movie.
