I didn’t realize there was an election” Should I just end it all? Oh my coworker asked that yesterday. Granted we live in uncontested indigo blue territory (Me in DC her in suburban MD), but still. And had the nerve to say “THEY have to stop Trump” after I explained what races were happening.

High turnout + economy being the primary driver is never good for incumbents. I have to imagine Immigration isn't good for them either since Americans hate ICE. I'd say on a conservative guess that anyone motivated by immigration and naming it to the exit pollsters is predominantely taking the "anti-immigration/too many non-whites" approach. I'd be inclined to believe the pollsters have aggregated "anti-ICE" under the state of democracy. But if it is under the immigration banner - at best I think it's a 50/50 race. More likely to be 60/40 pro-Trump/Anti-Ice. The gays know how to party

I know Democrats took the lead on immigration in a lot of polls when the question was "who do you trust more on ___" and it was specifically because ICE is so despised and Trump went overboard. I guess without them specifying we can't really know which methodology they used in the exit poll. But personally, I consider ICE to be part of the immigration topic, not democracy, and I think most 'Muricans would agree Whimsical bitch
