Ramaswampy faces huge backlash for disgusting pro-SA advertisement

You can’t make this up. You actually can’t. Probably the craziest political story of the year hands down. 
 

Billionaire and former presidential candidate-turned candidate for Ohio Governor Vivek Ramaswamy is facing a huge pushback today after a video was leaked of an ad (now confirmed) his team was planning to distribute by proxy through an organization they made up. The ad was going to receive $4 Million in backing from Elon Musk who wants to build data centers all over Ohio.

The ad depicts Democratic Amy Acton’s estranged mother (who appears older and senile) attacking her own daughter and calling her a habitual liar and even claiming she fabricated her own child rape. 
 

Immediately press got a hold of it and it’s going viral. The pushback is even coming from republicans. For context, Ohio is a historical swing state that recently started veering more Republican, but appears to be turning blue again after Trumps failing performance so far in office. Republicans that are more moderate in Ohio are trying to already distance themselves from the Vivek campaign, including candidate for Senate, Jon Husted, also a Republican in Ohio who is running for office.

What is most gruesome about this whole thing is that there are verified court documents from 1978 that verify Amy was sexually abused from 9-12. Her and her younger brother became homeless and in and out of foster care after her mother chose to stay with her rapist step-father, prompting the government to take custody of Amy and her brother away. Vivek hired a team to go find this woman who had been in hiding for nearly fifty years and get her to do this ad. This isn’t even a “he said/she said” case. The step father was indicted for the rape, his own other bio-daughter also said he had raped her, and he was on the run as a fugitive for the rape. Amy is not at all making this up. It’s documented. 
 

Vivek has been slightly behind in the polls this week but this is an all new low. People are even calling for political ads to now be regulated similar to the way pharma ads are because the ads in Ohio became so deranged and weird this cycle (some even AI generated depicted Amy as a crying alcoholic when she was Head of the Ohio Health Department during COVID and laying curled up in a ball in an office). The ads depicted her as mentally retarded, sometimes as an alcoholic, sometimes as a drunk beating her husband. They got crazy dishonest. Republicans were even laughing at them because they knew they weren’t true. 
 

but this ad was a new low and people are calling for Vivek to resign. He doubled down in an interview in Columbus today admitting the video was from him and that it was because she “wouldn’t debate him”. 
 

Amy previously refused to debate Vivek and she said it was because she didn’t want to platform the level of lies because he wasn’t serious about talking about the issues. 
 

Ironically, the ad that Vivek thought would be his October surprise, has now tremendously backfired and is starting a conversation about what is ethical to be said in discourse/politics. 
 

I am not going to link the video because it’s absolutely horrible and essentially defends her mother, says a child rape victim is lying, and indirectly supports child rapists because it leads the audience to think an indicted child rapist didn’t do it and that a young girl just made it up. If you want to see it it is all over the internet. 
 

*final note: weirdly the Vivek campaign is doubling down and gonna air it anyway on TV (which is crazy that it will get aired) and to make it even weirder people at Kalshi betting market said there were weird sudden huge multi-million dollar bets on the Ohio Governor race last week, and oddly Vivek already knew last week he was going to lose and BET MILLIONS AGAINST HIMSELF on the betting website and could be just hedging his bets and losing on purpose now and using a betting website to make money off of a failed governor campaign. (New corruption style unlocked).

Democrats at the top level need to start getting dirty and branding them with this **** at any public appearance.

Spend the next 2 years hammering home how these ****ers adore child abuse so thats all anyone associates them with in the 2028 cycle

No but I don’t think how seriously real this is and there has to be a line and if we are the point where people are actually laughing at a woman for being raped as a child when there was even proof- then we have a serious problem and a party that shouldn’t- in my opinion- even allowed to be a party anymore.

 

People complain all the time on the right about how the immigrants are terrorists, the queer people are terrorists, the left is just terroriats, antifa is a terrorist organization. 
 

Im being serious when I say this: if the Republican Party had essentially become a bunch of rich people that are always defending child rapists that often- how is that not terrorism? 
 

It causes terror, trauma, and they are enabling abusers openly now.

back to Ohio though- I really pray for Amy Acton and I pray that she stays strong through this. Silver lining: Ohio is probably about to elect their first female Governor. And historically if Ohio does something- the rest of the country follows suit.

As far as political networks … Vivek is closely aligned (and financially backed) by the Founders Fund core four … which includes Sean Parker, Executive Chairman of Stability.AI (which includes Stable Diffusion, the precedent platform for CSAM legislation)

The truth is- the ad verifiably defends a child rapist and if that makes you uncomfortable then do something about it and stop trying to edit it out of the written record.
