No celebrity is important enough for me to invite hate, a very strong emotion. I do find her a lot more insufferable these days and her music isn't as good as before. That's all. But I respect the hustle still, and I don't fault her for wanting to do well.

Summerboy on the other hand would never have been performed again without going viral.  

Yeah, Applause literally only missed one tour/major setlist since its release (it was technically played at Coachella in 2017 as an interlude). She has hits from BTW and TFM that can't claim as much  

It's the biggest song from her fourth album, it didn't need Taylor Swift to play it for it to be included in a setlist.

Applause was included for the same reason as Million Reasons - both are the biggest and most popular songs from ARTPOP and Joanne respectively so each represents these two albums on the setlist.
