WHAT THE FVCK AMERICA?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? I'd chop their dicks off and make them sit on a burning iron barbed dildo, make them suffer and then off to jail, goddamn essays for r@pists?! 27monster27 16,213
I actually just learned this last night, but this rape happened two years ago. This is how long it took for attention to be brought to it. This part in particular has me even more livid than ever. I hate how "due process" takes so long and is so inefficient. he/him/his
calmar 22,831
Yesterday, the mayor of Ithaca, New York, the town where Cornell is located, issued a moratorium (ban) on all student events until the university produces new and improved rules and regulations regarding sexual violence. https://www.cityofithacany.gov/m/newsflash/home/detail/1499

She’s a lawyer explaining why New York law needs to be changed. If Jane Doe’s statements did not warrant charges (even if this is all morally wrong), we have a conflict. Consent can be taken away, especially if intoxicated, even if she willingly got intoxicated. This doesn’t change the fact the school handled this abysmally and these men are horrible people and rapists.
