Now a proper threat. She also hasn't involved herself with other major female titans over the years like Beyonce, Rihanna and Mariah (neither of them like each other, it's known). She likes to align herself more with the newer generation who's mid-range or who is just having a bit of a moment. But as soon as they start getting too big, she distances herself from them. She's never really been a girls girl and doesn't like not being the greatest in the room. Back in 2003 though Britney was the #1 Pop Queen and she did work with her. Me Against The music was actually Britney featuring Madonna so she wasn't top billing. I always did think that the though she had a lot of more in common personality wise with Christina rather than Britney but was secretly afraid of being upstaged by Christina's voice. But yeah there's an SNL skit she did with Babs Streisand in the early 90s in disguise but she's never really worked with any female artists her age or older. Always thought her and Cyndi Lauper could have made an interesting team together. Madonna's brother Christopher said about her once paraphrasing she's more awkward then people realize rather than her being cold or bitchy.
