Olivia is far far from the conservative world. She is one of the most directly and openly outspoken critics of the administration. When they used her music for an ad she immediately told them to remove it and said “don't ever use my songs to promote your racist, hateful propaganda.“. She did an interview with NPR where she said out loud that she thought they were picking fights with pop stars to distract the public from the terrible things they’re doing. She literally had a contest trying to mobilize younger people to vote, where people could win tickets to Daisy Chain Fields with the only condition they they register to vote for the midterms. While the administration has banned or curtailed so many services related to women’s reproductive health, she has been tirelessly advocating for reproductive rights. She toured with Planned Parenthood. She even started Fund 4 Good to raise money for women’s health non-profits. 

All of this fighting actively against the conservative administration and your only argument that’s shes more conservative is that she writes some breakup songs. Breakup songs aren’t aligned with any particular politics at all.

I don’t think you really understand what I am saying or politics that well if you think that I meant that she personally is conservative.

 

I mean her music and base is probably widely conservative more than the average fanbase because of who she serves and that is informing the top ten along with all the country artists.
